The 302 number is NOT the number for Razer. The liar who keeps posting this number keeps having it removed by this site.

Don't contact this number.

If you have a problem with a Razer card, you open a support ticket on their website. You do NOT contact some stranger with a random phone number on the internet!

10 months to get a replacement

January 2025 my mouse has always had problems. I contacted them and being bounced back and forth they now offer me a quick solution. Cut the mouse cable then theyll send me a new one. But wait! The person I am now speaking to has told me a replacement isnt an option now!!!

I have nine cases all for a bloody mouse the same each time, someone new to explain it all to.

Honestly this support service sucks. Round and round they take me with no end in sight.

My mouse is still under warranty so whats the problem?

Its been eleven months. ELEVEN MONTHS!?!!?

What the actual *** razer???

I might as well buy another mouse BUT NOT A RAZER!!!

Hey Razer, I got this basilisk v3 and I feel like I got scammed because when i got it, the mouse wheel broke in just WEEKS. Then I just decided to keep the mouse until to the point where it annoyed me too much.

I REALLY need a new mouse so if you could support me, please help me because it really gives me a competitive disadvantage. Razer, I'm also using your Razer Huntsman V4, so thank you for understanding.
