According to the Razer help section, if you did not receive a Razer OTP code, you may request a new one-time authentication code to be sent to your mobile number following these steps:

• log in to your Razer ID account;

• go to the 'SECURITY' menu;

• click on to '2-Step Authentication' option;

• select the 'Mobile Phone' method;

• input your mobile number, and press Enter;

• the system should then send you the code;

• if nothing arrives, wait for 60 seconds for the 'New Code' button to appear;

• once the button appears, click on it to request a new code.
