Tried using razor gold $25 code said not activated
Hi my name is Dolores I bought two of your razor gold electronically do the cash register and when my son went to use them, they said they werent activated. I need someone to get a hold of me so I can get them to check it.
I have two of them that needed activation for $50, one of the cards is 759629****9322 reference ID is 2ZW6CBX23K the other one is 759630-****6499 reference ID number is 2ZW6CEQBUP can you please check those and let me know whats going on with them Can I get two new razor codes to replace these? If not active what do I need to do to get a hold of you to get this done ASAP it seems like every time I buy razor cards or electronically.

I have told yall 4 times and I want to talk to a person and not text.
My Razer Gold Gift cards that I purchased from Best Buy in Athens, Ga,
The sales person rang me up the gift cards and my debit card said decline The sales person rang me up again I put my card in the card swiped, and it declined it so I called my bank and they gave me and the sales person to try it again and it went through, I gave the sales person again this time it charged $500.00 to one Razer Gold Card, and I gave him another Razor Gift card and the sales person rang that card number again and I put $100.00 on that gift card. After that removed the number security number, when I sent the Razer Gold Gift Card it came back as already been used, I had the Gift cards with me the whole time, when the sales clerk used the same barcode on both cards it canceled them out, they said it had already been used, and that was very wrong, so I went to Best Buy the sales manager told me that nothing could be done, I asked to check the transactions on that register to see the trans actions and said he couldnt, I want someone to call me, I was texting a nice lady there and her name was Emma, after that the screen flip to paying $1.00, my bank shut my account down, I need some help with this, I have sent the same text messages at least 4-5 times.
Now I am very upset. No professional personnel to do the job.
